IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FUNDS YOU DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR FIVE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 5,000), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
